Little Grass
A soccer camp for five to nine year olds. I started as a regional coach and ended up running the whole organization.
I started because I loved soccer and wanted to teach younger kids the game. Over time, I realized the camps were about much more than soccer. Kids would arrive to the first camp quiet and nervous, then leave a few weeks later laughing, shouting, and completely comfortable in our space. Helping the next generation develop, make new friends, and discover their own love for the game was what made coaching so meaningful to me.
